ABOUT MICHAEL L. WALSH, DVM Oak Hill Animal Clinic, Inc. offers full service small animal surgery and medicine. Dr. Walsh has attained additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral problems in cats and dogs and provides consultation services to address modification plans for pets in need. In addition to his professional enterprise, Dr. Walsh also breeds, trains, and shows Vizslas. He is active in the Lake Shore Kennel Club where he serves on its board of directors. He also holds memberships in the Vizsla Club of America, Miami Valley Vizsla Club, and New Horizons Hunt Club. Dr. Walsh's dogs have achieved American and Canadian championships as well as Junior Hunting titles. Dr. Walsh and his first Vizsla, "Buddy", were certified through Delta Society as a pet therapy team and have participated in pet therapy programs through the Lake County Mental Health Association and the St. Francis Behavioral Treatment facility in Dyer. Dr. Michael Walsh, a resident of Highland, Indiana, is a graduate of Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine. With over 30 years experience in the practice of Veterinary Medicine and health care administration, Dr. Walsh has practiced in Munster for the past 9 years. He recently relocated to Oak Hill Animal Clinic, Inc. in Crown Point, where he is in small animal practice. Dr. Walsh is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Chicago
Veterinary Medical Association, and is a life member of the Purdue Alumni Association.
